    Never seen anything like this before and surprisingly enough, it actually works (see 2nd photo)
    .
    The little rubber piece inside that holds up the cylinder does not stay in place (see photos).
    Otherwise, just obvious signs of age & wear (see photos).

    Might be a homemade contraption, might be a commercial product, really have no idea.
