plastic pill bottle from Thrifty Drug Stores, manufactured by Lermer in the 1950s.
This rare gem is
in Very Good or better condition,
with visible signs of light external wear (see pics), well preserved for its age
. Item measures 2 1/8 inches high by 1 inch in diameter. Featured is a green plastic pharmaceutical prescription bottle with white screw-on lid and an integrated 12-step gauge on the edge to measure quantities. The classic Thrifty logo is engraved on the center of the lid, in red print. The original adhesive label with scrip info is still firmly attached to the side of the bottle, the hand-printed ink long faded. Maker's mark is visible on the bottom, in raised design. No odors or medicine residue is present; item is clean, as well as sturdy and functional. A true rarity.
