Vintage ROBERTS GOLDEN TOUCH Knee Carpet Kicker Stretching Tool 10-409

This is for a Vintage Roberts Golden Touch 10-409 carpet kicker tool.  No rust.  There is some paint splashes on the black pad as you can see in my pictures.  Should be able to get that off.  One screw is missing as you can see my my pictures also. This belonged to my brother who passed away in 1981.  Cleaned out my mother's basement and found this and am now offering this for sale.  The rubber on the pad is not cracked or pulled away from the base.  Has a plastic cover for the sharp tines.  Dial turns just fine.  18.5 inches long.  Comes from a smoke free home.  Once payment has been received I will ship out the same day or the next morning.  Thanks for looking.  I will ship using USPS, FedEx or UPS.  Shipping defaults to USPS but you can change the carrier at checkout for maybe a better shipping price.
