This cute address book is from Disneyland a number of years ago, possibly the 60's? It has Mickey Mouse on the cover and reads "Address & Telephone Disneyland". It has a blue cover with gilded edges on the pages. It is marked ©Walt Disney Productions. It is in excellent condition with no stains, tears or writing. There is one small wrinkle in the back cover, looks like a manufacturing flaw. Please see photos. It measures approximately 6" x 3 3/4". From a smoke free home!
