Vintage Disneyland Hotel Early Information Brochure 1957

Guaranteed Authentic Vintage Early Disneyland Hotel Brochure dated 1957. The hotel opened October 5, 1955, so this was a very early brochure. A room was -16, depending on how fancy a room you wanted!
The front and back of the brochure are scanned in the photos, as well as a closeup of part but not all of the inside spread.  It is a three fold brochure that opens up to 12 by 9 inches.
This brochure is in really great condition for its age, with one flaw. There is a small tear in the front page of the brochure around the middle on the right side. I highlighted it in photo #2. The tear measures about 1/8 of an inch by 1/4 of an inch. There is no paper missing.
Condition:
Pre-owned very good plus condition with a very tiny hole in the front cover (no paper missing) - See Photo #2, and otherwise, very slight overall wear. See photos for more condition details.
