The original label reads Best & Co. Lilliputian Bazaar Reg. U.S. Pat. OFF.
It has the original 3 buttons on the back.
Has not been freshly laundered, and has been stored many years in a smoke-free home.
It is slightly grayed from age. No holes or mustiness.
There is a very tiny stain  on the front bottom.
It measures 7" across the shoulders, 11 1/2" under the arms (so 23" chest), 15 1/2" at the waist (so 31" waist). and the length from the shoulders to the bottom is 25 1/2"
