I'm going to start with the condition. I believe if you were describing this tool you would agree with me and say it appears it has never been used or, if it has, they sure did a great job hiding it!!! The spikes and bristles that do the actual work look brand new. They are not all bent or dull or full of carpet fuzz. They are shiny silver and aligned properly. The tool itself also looks great. It still has the protective cover and that also looks pretty much like new. I bought an entire tool box full of tools and if you notice anything about this tool it would be that it was obviously pressed against another tool for a long time in the box and there is a depression in the cushioned end where that other tool left an impression. Absolutely nothing to do with the function of the knee kicker but on eBay I try to mention every little thing, important or not. It's even possible it will go back to normal before I ship this thing. The length is adjustable with several choices from a minimum of 17.5" long to a maximum of 21.5" long. A swing of 4". The width of the head is about 4" and the width of the bristles is about 3.5" so in the section in the description of how wide the head is I put 3.5" to 4". In summary, don't expect any negative surprises and expect it to look great and work great!!!
