Returns & Damaged Items:
Defective items will be replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depending on current inventory or customer request. We must be notified of defective items within 7 days of the date you received it. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items.
Item(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping service.
Please note if you have to return, you must return the package in its original condition. You may return most new, unopened items within
30 days
of delivery for a full refund.
