    Description

    Ok,
let me tell you how I like to use my Nest Learning Thermostat. What I do is close all the vents in my house, and only have the vent in my bedroom open. I will turn the AC down to a level where the unit kicks on and it will blast my bedroom until it's like an icebox. I live in Las Vegas so this is very nice in the hot summers like we are all experiencing right now. Now, once my room is like the frozen tundra of northern Canada I will hop onto the nest app on my phone, I turn on the fan for 12 hours, and raise the temp on the thermostat one degree. This will kick off the compressor but allow the fan to blow giving me the maximum coolness I can get. This way I'm not cooling my whole house while I sleep. Doing this I have kept my cooling bill really low in the summers. I love it.
You may not want to do things the way I do them. You may want the thermostat to learn your patterns and run accordingly. This thermostat will do that. It's really smart. Or you may want to turn on the AC/Heat while you're driving home, right from your phone. Seriously, I love living in the future.
Either way, this thing is awesome and I have one for sale. Brand new, never been opened.
    Thanks for looking.
