Payment

eBay authorized payments are the only form of payments I will accept. Per eBay policy, buyers have 48 hours to pay for their auction item. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated, and immediate payment is required with Buy It Now. In the event you do not pay for your purchase within 48 hours, an unpaid item claim will be opened with eBay. No items will ship until payment clears in full.
Shipping and Handling:
Your purchase will ship promptly within the allotted shipping and handling time listed.
My usual handling time is listed as 3 business days, but I often ship same or next business day, if possible. Generally, I ship items Monday through Friday. Sometimes, I will ship on Saturday; but no guarantee is made as to the availability of Saturday shipping. For shipments where tracking information is available, tracking information will be uploaded promptly. Please allow extended shipping times for very large/heavy or freight items. All freight shipments should be arranged prior to the completion of the transaction by contacting us directly. Freight shipments will be delivered to the freight terminal closest to your destination.
I make every effort to package your items securely, so they arrive safely and undamaged. In the event that your item is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage, contact me immediately, and follow the damaged shipment claim process for the respective carrier. I am not responsible for any damage done in transit or for any shipments lost in transit.
While a particular shipping carrier may be listed, this is for price calculations only. I reserve the right to ship your item with either USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier at no additional cost to you. Freight carriers will be chosen based on a number of factors pertaining to the particular transaction. Digital items may be transferred electronically, where permitted by eBay regulations. With the exception of freight shipments, all items will be shipped to the confirmed address associated with your account. Do not message me and ask that I ship your item to a different address. This is a violation of eBay policy and we will not comply with that request. Additionally, I will not exchange contact information or otherwise conduct any negotiations outside of the proper eBay channels. I use a variety of boxes, including those branded by the shipping carrier. I often use recycled or repurposed boxes and packing material. While I’m not quite sure why it matters and I never thought I would have to mention this, but if you have an issue with receiving your item in a shipping box that once housed another item, please kindly find someone else to buy from.
For international orders, when applicable, buyer is responsible for paying any and all additional fees, duties, and costs associated with the shipping, handling, and/or import/export of goods.

Item Condition:
Many of the items I sell are used. It should be assumed that all items are sold AS-IS. While I make every effort to accurately describe items, sometimes it is not possible for me to test every function of a particular item. Please refer to photos and ask any questions prior to bidding. When stock photos are used, item packaging may differ from what is shown. I make no guarantee as to functionality or provide any type of warranty on any item. As with all used items, you should expect your item to have signs of wear (i.e. scratches, dents, scrapes, wrinkles, stains, etc.) Again, I make every effort to document any issues as best as possible. What you see is what you get; nothing more, nothing less.
Returns:
When indicated on the item’s listing, returns are accepted within the specified time period for a refund (or exchange, If applicable) minus any shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee. Otherwise, no refunds or exchanges will be given. When an item included “free shipping,” actual shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any refunds. Under no circumstances are any shipping and handling fees refundable; this includes return shipping costs. To claim a refund, process the return through eBay. Tracking and insurance must be provided for return shipments. Upon receipt of the item in the original packaging and in the exact same condition it was sold in (i.e. unopened, new, sealed, with tags, undamaged, working, etc.), I will quickly process your refund. No refunds will be given for items that are not in the original packaging or not in the same exact condition as when I sold them. For items listed as “no returns” or “no refunds,” no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
No warranties, express or implied, are offered with your item. Seller makes no guarantee as to the applicability of any factory warranties that may be included with a particular item.
