This is brand new and only used for a couple hours so it works perfectly fine. We ended up going with a different thermostat based on our components. But this is an awesome thermostat and extremely difficult to find. I promise it’s as good as new with no concerns whatsoever. Received from a Lennox authorized contractor a few weeks ago.
