Kinkead Industries Carpet Stretcher Installer Set 1470-28B, KT-150 (#6061) This is an original Kinkead Industries Incorporated, Chicago, ILL- Garden Grove, Cal. Set. Instruction sheet included. I bought this set as a gift for my husband, I think in the middle 70’s, gave it to my son to use and he no longer needs it. It includes a heavy duty plastic carrying & storage case with 9 tubes and the Head and back kicker plates. All the pieces are the original pieces that came in the set years ago. There is a tiny bit of pitting on some of the tubes, but nothing to interfere with the inserting of each tube into the others. The locking pins all are in very good working condition.
I have researched this carpet stretcher and could not find it anywhere. The pipes are stainless steel & not aluminum. The case weighs approximately 56 pounds and measures approximately 34 x 16 x 7 ½ inches. It is in very good condition.
