    This is an Eveo Ultra Thin Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna, model T.  It comes with the antenna, amplifier, power adapter, F type adapter, and it has 2 suction cups on the corners.  The 2 sticky pads are missing.  The antenna has been used and is untested.  The body of the antenna has small scuffs and scratches on it.  I have no idea whether or not that would interfere with its performance.  So, since it's untested, please keep all this in mind before you buy.  If you have any questions feel free to ask.  Thanks for looking!
