The professional photography of Disneyland Postcards pulls back the curtain of the park's evolving history. They were a great souvenir when originally purchased and now they are snapshots of the past for collectors.
Unused/Unmailed. This is card #P12295, from the series of the first photograph postcards of the park. In "The Nickel Tour" Disneyland postcard reference book, it is card #0035 on page 57. The Davy Crockett Museum was one of the original attractions when the park opened in 1955. Few Disneyland postcards are imprinted with a date, but this card is printed 1955 on the back. Probably one of the first Disneyland attractions to become "extinct" the museum only lasted one year at Disneyland. It closed in 1956.
