This is a hard to find Jack Skellington Ornament from the Disney Auction house. It shows a smiling Jack Skellington on a white background with an ornate gold border and Oogie Boogie emblem.
It measures approximately 4 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide and comes on the original black velveteen card with protective plastic and gold hanging cord.
