AquaTrust.org is a start-up company, located in Tennessee, with a mission to bring structured water technology to people all over the world.

These units are a very cost-effective method of treating water, as it is a one-time purchase, there are no moving parts, there are no expensive filters to replace, there is no regular maintenance needed for the units, no electric power is required to use them, and they are designed to last a lifetime.
To use, simply pour water through the structured water unit, using either end as it is not directional, and your water is now structured.  A small amount of water is structured with each pass, so for greater effects, you can structured your water more than once.
I personally structure our drinking water seven times, as our local water is chlorinated, but that is not strictly necessary, and is just my personal preference. My husband prefers structuring twelve times.
While we make no health claims for the water thus treated, I can say that my own health is improving since I began using structured water, and I've noticed a real increase in growth rate for my plants.
Since structured water is known to kill bacteria, I do not recommend using it when fermenting, as it may adversely affect the process, since fermentation relies in part upon bacteria to do the actual fermenting. In my own experiments, it seems clear that structured water kills a significant portion of the bacteria in Kombucha and water kefir cultures, which results in a less diverse culture.
While that is generally not considered to be beneficial, I found that by fermenting the resulting water kefir for a second time, once filtered out of the mother grains, it developed wine-like flavor characteristics, which I personally found to be delicious. Please note that this did NOT increase the amount of alcohol, which is negligible, so for some, including myself, this is actually a positive result.
