Antique Victorian Edwardian Baptismal Christening Gown Delicate Batiste Set

Auction find antique vintage three piece Christening/Baptismal dress gown in as found condition.  I believe the gown fabric is batiste.  It is a fine lightweight, semi-sheer fabric with a gorgeous sheen.  It measures from back of neck to end of hem 34.5".   It shows a 5.5" double detailed trim.  It has a two shell button back closure.  The inside slip has a cotton fabric top and the bottom is the same batiste fabric as the gown.  It shows a 5.5" single detailed trim.  It has a two shell button back closure and measures from back of neck to hem 32.5".  The underneath slip is made of an all cotton lightweight fabric and measures 30.5" long overall.  The 3.5" cotton fabric band at the top of underneath slip does not show any closure.  Being sold as found with some light staining and small areas of breaks in the fine batiste fabric as expected for age.  The all cotton under slip shows some dark area stains.  I am no expert on vintage or antique clothing and have tried to describe the item as best to my ability.  Please see pictures for complete condition.  Please feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures.  Shipping includes sturdy packaging and full insurance.  Remember antique and vintage finds have age wear etc., they are not perfect.  THANK YOU for viewing!  Payment by U.S. PAYPAL account holders only, within 3 days.  You  must have a registered EBAY account and reside in the United States to purchase.
