ANTIQUE CHRISTENING BAPTISM DRESS FROM FRANCE
It is about 34” in length and across the top 10” just above the skirt section.
Cotton and lace.  I believe it is all hand made.
I purchased this dress from an antique store in Provence France on one of my trips.
It is in very nice condition, I do not see any holes in the material.
